Our first conversation will allow us to get familiar with you and your project and
determine what type of survey you need.
We will draft a proposal including the services we will provide and a cost estimate.
We will submit a written proposal to you in 24 hours or less.
Once you have reviewed the proposal and sent us a retainer your job will be activated and put on our schedule.

Before coming to your property we will gather all city maps and documents needed.
Our surveyors will review the information and make any necessary pre-calculations.
Once at your property our survey crew will begin working in the street, locating survey
markers that will help determine your property lines.
The remainder of their time will be spent on your property gathering data.
We will not need access inside any buildings unless you request interior measurements.

The data collected will be downloaded and converted into an electronic file that our
surveyor can use to generate a first draft of your map.
It will then be given to a draftsman who will create the final draft.
Your map will be checked by the surveyor and a supervisor before the final version is approved.

We will provide stamped copies of your map to you and any others you designate.
We will also email your map to you as an electronic file in both AutoCad and Adobe PDF formats.
If we are setting your property corners or if you request additional information a second site
visit will be scheduled.
