If you find that you are using a portion of your neighbor’s property or that they are using a portion of yours,
you may want to have an easement written. An easement allows the property owner to grant the right to use a portion of land
without assuming liability for that portion and without giving up ownership. An easement can be granted for landscaping,
ingress and egress, or any other purpose that suits the parties involved. We provide a legal description of the purpose
and location of the easement, along with an 8x11 drawing of the easement. If you need us to write an easement for you we will first need to do a
boundary survey.
