If you find that you are using a portion of your neighbor’s property or that they are using a portion of yours,
you may want to have your property lines adjusted. The county requires that you file a map showing this adjustment.
We will write a legal description and provide a map showing the existing and proposed property lines,
along with any buildings, major features such as sport courts or driveways, and all significant features
in the area affected by the adjustment. An easier, less expensive alternative to a property line adjustment would be to create an
easement.
