| Staking is used to physically indicate setback lines and easements, as well as layout proposed buildings and additions, swimming pools, walls and fences, and any other new construction you are planning for your property. Using the maps provided by your contractor or architect, we set the necessary points and provide an 8x11 map showing the points and their relation to the proposed construction. A boundary survey will need to be done before stakes can be set. |
