Our two-man crew will come out to survey your property.
Our draftsmen will create a map of your property including the following items:
» Legal boundary
» Street improvements
» Visible utilities
» Easements from the title report
» Structures
» Fences and walls
» Landscape and hardscape areas
» Parking
» Encroachments over the property lines
» Significant features 5 feet beyond property lines
Your map will include all relevant items from table "A" of the 1995 ALTA Standards document, and your lender’s requirements. We will work directly with your title company and lender to insure a smooth and efficient process.
We will provide stamped copies of your map, in black-and-white and color, to you and others that you designate. We will also email your map to you as an electronic file in both AutoCad and Adobe PDF formats.
