What We Will Provide:
We will perform calculations in our office before sending a crew to the site to make sure that the plans are correct for staking.
We will send a two-man crew to your property to coordinate with your contractor and set the stakes.
We will generate a map showing the points we have set. We will provide stamped copies of your map to you and others that you designate. We will also email your map to you as an electronic file in both AutoCad and Adobe PDF formats.
NOTE: We will need a printed copy and an Autocad copy of your most recent Architectural plans. If you don’t have plans we can provide them by performing a Boundary/Staking survey.
